HOW TO RETURN YOUR GEAR

To ensure a smooth process and get your refund faster, always register your return online before shipping it back to us.

  • Access the form: Go to our online return form (see below).
  • Identify your order: Enter your order number and email address.
  • Tell us why: Select your reason for returning and indicate the product's condition.
  • Choose your carrier: Select your preferred return method and carrier.
  • Pack it securely: Place the items safely in their original packaging. If returning items from multiple orders, pack them in one box to save emissions.
  • Drop it off: Follow the carrier's instructions and send the package within 30 days. Tip: Walk or cycle to the drop-off point to keep it green.

PRODUCT CONDITION AND SUSTAINABILITY

When you return a product, it isn’t simply tossed aside. We inspect every single item.

  • The rule: products must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging. You are only liable for diminished value if you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature and function. If an item is damaged or clearly used, we may charge for depreciation.
  • The next life: if the gear is in perfect condition, it goes back into stock for another rider. If it cannot be resold, we donate it to charity or ensure it is responsibly recycled.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you need a different specification, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

WARRANTIES AND ERRORS

Did we make a mistake, or did your gear arrive damaged? You do not pay the return fee. If you received the wrong product, a damaged item, or need to make a warranty claim, select the corresponding reason on the return form. Our customer service team will review your request. Once approved, the return costs are entirely waived.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under European consumer law, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product without providing a reason. This is known as the right of withdrawal. The clock starts the day you, or a designated third party, physically receive the gear.

At Fabric, we extend this window. You have up to 30 days to decide if the product is right for your ride.

  • Full returns: if you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs.
  • Partial returns: if you keep part of your order and return the rest, we will refund the cost of the returned products, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • The timeline: we process your refund as quickly as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will refund you via your original payment method.
    Note: We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of shipment.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT

To initiate a withdrawal, simply create a return shipment in your Fabric account. You can also inform our customer service team directly:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your communication regarding your decision before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the European model withdrawal form to notify us, but its use is not mandatory.

The best return is the one that never happens. When you buy parts or accessories, you want to mount them and ride immediately. Here is how to ensure you get it right the first time:

  • Examine the details: read the specs. Zoom in on the photos. Understand exactly what you are putting on your bike.
  • Read the reviews: learn from the Fabric community. Other riders' experiences can give you the complete picture.
  • Leave feedback: Did a product not meet your expectations? Tell us in a review or on your return form so we can improve our photos and information.
