SHIPPING WITH DHL GOGREEN
We believe that high-performance cycling products shouldn't come at a high cost to the environment. That is why we exclusively use DHL GoGreen for our webshop deliveries.
- Carbon-neutral transport: Every shipment is sent via GoGreen, meaning the emissions released during transport are compensated through climate protection projects.
- The process: Once your order is placed, our warehouse team carefully assembles your order. As soon as your package is scanned and en route, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.
- Standard route logic: We prioritize standard delivery within regular routes. This ensures your package arrives the next working day without the need for the extra trips or specialized transport required by express or same-day services.

- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €75
- Standard Rate: For orders under this amount, a flat fee of €4.95 applies
GERMANY
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €100
- Standard Rate: For orders under this amount, a flat fee of €9.95 applies
- Tracking: You can monitor your progress through your Fabric account or the DHL tracking link provided in your confirmation email
SMART DELIVERY
Sustainable delivery is a shared responsibility. To minimize our collective footprint and avoid unnecessary driving, we encourage you to plan your delivery around your schedule.
- Plan your arrival: if you know you will be home, home delivery is a great option. This allows the driver to complete the delivery in a single stop.
- DHL service points: if your schedule is unpredictable, use the DHL tracking link to redirect your package to a nearby service point.
- Collect by bike: whenever possible, we recommend picking up your package from a service point on foot or by bike. It cuts down on extra kilometers and keeps the air cleaner for everyone’s next ride.
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
We stand behind every product we make, but we understand that sometimes a part isn't the right fit for your specific build. You may revoke your agreement and return your items within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To ensure we can process your return, the product must be unused and in a condition where it can be sold as new.

To start the process, simply fill in the return form below with your order number and email address. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions to get your package back to us.
ORDER STATUS DEFINED
You can check the progress of your order at any time via your Fabric account. Here is what our statuses mean:
- Unfulfilled: we have received your order and it is currently in our queue, awaiting assembly and shipment.
- Fulfilled: your order has been processed, packed, and handed over to DHL. It is now on its way to you.
