Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse and shop on this store, including people with disabilities. Improving its accessibility is ongoing work for us.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Some parts of the store may not meet it yet, and we fix issues as we find them.

Accessibility tools on this store

This store uses the AccessEase app to offer tools you can switch on from the accessibility button. They change how the store looks and behaves for you only, and your choices are remembered on this device.

Reading and text

Text size, letter spacing, line spacing and alignment
A dyslexia-friendly font and bionic reading
Text to speech, which reads the page aloud
A dictionary for looking up words

Colour and display

Contrast, brightness and saturation
Grayscale, inverted colours and colour-vision filters
Highlighted links and headings
Pause animations, hide images and mute sounds

Navigation

A reading guide and a reading mask
A larger cursor and a stronger focus outline
Page structure, to jump to headings and links
Tooltips, and voice navigation where available

These tools add to the settings of your browser, device or assistive technology. They do not replace them.

Known limitations

Some content may not be fully accessible yet, such as content from third-party apps, embedded videos or older pages. If something does not work for you, tell us and we will help you another way.

Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of this store, choose “Report a problem” in the accessibility panel or use our contact page. Tell us which page you were on and what went wrong, and we will do our best to help.
