Who they are:
Women’s road race team based in Girona, Italy.
Riders are Kaitlin Antonneau, Rachele Barbieri, Krista Doebel-Hickok, Sheyla Gutiérrez, Małgorzata Jasinska, Danielle King, Willeke Knol, Joëlle Numainville, Rossella Ratto, Marta Tagliaferro, Alison Tetrick, Kirsten Wild and Erica Zaveta.
What they have achieved:
Under the Cylance banner there have been many stage wins from Kirsten Wild who puts her devasting sprint to great effect after a fantastic lead out. Spanish national champs win for Sheyla Guiterriez.
Individually, Rachele is a track world champ and Alison has won a couple of gruelling gravel events this year; the dirty kanza and the unofficial Gravel worlds.
